KNITTING GROUP MEETS

Carol Ladd has formed a knitting group that has been meeting Tuesday evenings at 6:30 in the Board Room.

NEW FIRE PROTECTION DEVICE AT LIBRARY

Bob Mesick, one of the officers of the Chazy Volunteer Fire Department, checks the new "Knox Box" by the front entrance of the Chazy Public Library. The box can only be opened by the fire department to provide access to the building in case of a fire call when the building is unoccupied. The firemen will be able to enter without damaging the building and will be able to contact library personnel.
